YDZH-18D electric range

Input power：total power of YDZH-15 electric cooking range 15kW. Where ：Cooking pan section 4×3kW, baking oven section 2×1.5kW.

Cooking pan capacity:4×18L, baking oven volume: 60dm³.The highest temperature within baking oven is not bigger than 300℃, and can be regulated arbitrarily between 50℃ and 300℃.

Application:YDZ series electric range is CCS-approved marive electric range ,has such cooking functions as cooking,frying,baking etc,the material of main body is SUS304 stainless steel,it is nice in appearance convenient in use,safe and hygientic ,it does not generate naked flame and does not produce pollution,therefore,it is suitable for kitchen cooking of various kinds of ships.
